I gave a 5 minute business pitch for this consumer product line where I stated I believe over 50% of home owners would make a purchase for this consumer product line. Between the fourth minute and fifth minute of the business pitch, I was done with the actual pitch.  There was about a 20 second delay, then person I gave the business pitch to who is a mechanic and works on cars chimed in and stated, he believes that around 80% of consumers would make a purchase!!

After visiting the Budweiser brewery in Fairfield, California, I came up with a great advertising campaign that would be great for their corporate commercials.  A competitor of Budweiser improved their beer sales even though from my personal online research the competitor’s beer taste is not the greatest.  Considering the implementation of this new advertising campaign, there might be potential to increase beer sales for Budweiser!!

While web surfing, I came across a business article which was a problem area for Disney.  Myself and another person discussed about a corporate business solution for this problem area.  We discussed in detail for at least 30-45 minutes as we went over the pros and cons for this business solution.  It was at least 6 months later, I was thinking about Disney yet again, and was thinking about another business solution for their corporation.  If Disney implements any of these corporate solutions, then we could then discuss about Disney making a monthly donation for Homeless Veterans.

 

Project 43  ---  Reno, Nevada ǀ New Gold Rush

I have been thinking about this business realm for years.  There finally might be a business solution which could create a New Gold Rush for the Reno, Nevada area!!  Of course, if there is a significant increase in annual revenues, like from $25 million - $100 million per year in increased revenues or more, then I would love to discuss a percentage of the increased proceeds to be donated to Homeless Veterans.

Project 50  ---  Overcoming ǀ Certain Medical Condition ǀ Which Veterans Have

Not all veterans have this medical condition, but a percentage of them do.  There is a certain foot problem which veterans have suffered with many years after the military, and the foot problem occurred during military service.  When I finally have you search online, you will see veterans who are looking for a medical solution you will notice veterans have no real solution to this foot problem.  So, what I would like to do is have 60 people (in teams of 20) get medical treatment with 3 different types of treatments.  This would be about a 2-3 years of medical attention to their feet as each team of 20 goes through treatment.  Then, I would want documentaries to be aired on television and cable showing which medical treatments are working, and which ones are not.  Funding these treatments can come from the medical community, come from corporations, come from non-profit foundations which support special projects like this, or even possibly come from celebrities too.

I was looking for a specific product line for the kitchen.  I spoke to the sales clerk, and she stated they had this product line, but it was discontinued.  But what the sales clerk stated, is that this product line was popular with consumers.  It didn’t make sense to me to discontinue a product line that consumers really liked.  Yet, I do know that what others miss, you can come in and take advantage of this new found opportunity.  I see a way to really promote this product line and have a ton of sales for something that is already out there for what consumers really love and enjoy.  Also, I have noticed certain factors in the business community have changed, and these new changes will allow us plenty of opportunity to successfully promote this kitchen product line to generate a ton of sales!! ---- (We have potential to increase sales by at least 5% - 10%) -- (With upward potential for increasing sales to 20% - 30%)

During the same evening I was looking for a kitchen product line (Project 52), I was also looking for a bathroom product line.  I went to another retail store to search for this bathroom product line.  I asked the first sales clerk, and she chimed in with excitement as she stated this product would be something that she would really like to have.  Then I went to another retail store asking for this bathroom product line, and the sales clerk stated he bought a different type of product line in a different industry which had similar traits to my product line, and he also stated it made his life much, muuuuch easier.  The product line for the bathroom that I was searching for apparently does not exist (as I did an online search), but if you make life easy, then this key business clue of ‘Making Life Easy’ can potentially make this new bathroom product line become an overnight sensation and translate into numerous sales worldwide!!
